For the past 300 years I have been traveling to France and learning enology from the best wine makers.

Equally fantastic is the Dracula® Pinot Noir, a wine made from grapes picked before sunrise in the Santa Maria Valley and aged in French Oak barrels for 18 months resulting in a rich concentrated cuvee.
